On our booking forms, we will collect the following information:

emergency contact name and phone number
information about your pet(s)
name, address, telephone number and email address for your vet
name, address, telephone number and email address for your emergency contact person
What we do with the information we collect?
We require this information in order that you get the service you require and to ensure we get the information we need to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet(s), also for the following reasons:
internal record keeping
we may use the information to improve our products and services
we may periodically send promotional emails about new services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided
from time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email or phone.
How long do we hold this information?
Any personal data that you give us will be retained by us for as long as it's needed to perform its function and for as long as you remain a regular client of Raw’s Paws. However, if you have not used our services for 18 months, and we have not heard from you, we will remove your information from our database.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
