Yes.   Although I don’t provide a regular pet taxi service, I can pick up and drop off for you and am fully insured to provide this service.   Charges start at £20 per 30 minutes. An accurate quote can be provided on provision of your post code and preferred day and time of day for pick up/drop off.   Pick up and/or drop off fees are to be paid with your balance invoice and are refundable if the service is not used.

Nope! If you have an appointment already pre-booked, I will take them for you - please check with me prior to booking so I can confirm availability. Vet appointments: Please let your vet know that Raw's Paws will be taking them to their appointment and ensure that any fees/charges will be invoiced to you/paid by you directly so I am not placed in an embarrassing situation. I will send you any report/information the vet provides. Grooming appointments: Please let your groomer know that Raw's Paws will be taking them to their appointment and either leave the correct money, in cash, at the time you drop off your pet or let me know that you have made a prior payment arrangement with your groomer. Trips are charged at £20 per 30 minutes. Please ensure you let me know of any appointments at time of booking so I can check my availability.

Don't panic! Just keep me updated.   If you have missed a flight, or something more serious than just a traffic delay, your emergency contact may be asked to come and collect your pet as soon as they can so the next boarder isn't in the house with an unknown animal. If I don't have another boarder booked in for a few days, I will happily keep your pet safe with me until you make it home.   Costs for additional boarding days and/or any extra food costs/supermarket trips will need to be paid for at the time of pet collection.
